Mr. Ahmadi Niri is the Founder and CEO of MAN CORP, coming from a family with an entrepreneurial history across various sectors he has naturally been drawn to establishing his own venture, MAN CORP. Since receiving his BA in International Studies from Simon Fraser University, Mahdiar has been involved in numerous successful ventures across various business sectors, including a particularly strong track record in the realms of commodities and real estate.

After founding and managing a privately-owned company specializing in residential and commercial real estate, Mahdiar went on to establish the MAN CORP group of companies. At MAN CORP, he has built a global physical trading house with operations in numerous jurisdictions, supported by a team holding vast international experience and a real passion for trade.

Mr. Mickelson is responsible for managing the entire team across all MAN CORP entities. With qualifications including a BBA in General Business and Marketing, Joe works closely with the trading department. Aside from his managerial responsibilities, he specializes in the global procurement and sales of non-ferrous metals and concentrates.

With 5 years’ experience in marketing and trading of lead and zinc concentrates, predominantly in Africa and Asia, Joe has developed numerous relationships across different continents, both with suppliers and end-users. Alongside his trade knowledge he has extensive experience in managing the groups exposure across varying commodity and currency positions.

Mr. Raman joined MAN in 2024 as CFO and is responsible for overseeing and directing the Finance & Accounting and Treasury activities of the Group.

With over two decades of extensive experience working in several leadership positions, most recently as CFO of an Industrial Manufacturing business, Nav works closely with the Operations and Trading teams to help support and maximise earnings while consolidating and enhancing MAN's financial position, contributing value through sound business and commercial acumen. He has worked across several geographies, including the Middle East and India, and is familiar with the fast-paced, intricate and dynamic nature of emerging economies.

Nav gained experience as a Corporate Finance professional with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) for a over a decade, working as a Director with the M&A line of business and advising on several transactions across a broad spectrum of industries. He thus brings along with him a wealth of experience and knowledge of best practices which he is working to implement at MAN.

He is a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) and also an alumnus of Columbia Business School.

Ms. Darrell brings over two decades of experience in the logistics and commodities sectors, with more than 13 years of specialised expertise in base metals. She joined MAN in June 2024 as Head of Operations, Asia and Director, where she leads the regional operations strategy with a focus on executional excellence, risk management, and stakeholder engagement across the metals and minerals supply chain.

Prior to joining MAN, she held senior roles at Noble Resources and Pacorini Metals (now Access World), where she managed complex trading operations, physical and paper trade execution, LME warrant processes, and global inventory and contract management. She has worked extensively across Singapore and Hong Kong, and is known for her strong leadership in trade support, vendor management, and process optimisation within high-pressure environments.

Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Murdoch University.

Mr. Nelson is the Head of Derivatives at MAN CORP and is responsible for managing exposure across commodity and FX positions to help mitigate risk and increase profitability. Connor joined MAN CORP in 2018 and has since built on his extensive knowledge base of derivative products. By coupling this knowledge with in depth market analysis he is able to manage trade execution as he bridges the gap between MAN Group’s positions with brokers, traders and other market participants. Prior to joining MAN Group, Connor spent his time on the equity side of markets with a focus on the junior mining sector.

Connor has a degree in accounting and finance from Capilano University.

Mr. Michael Martin manages proprietary derivative trading portfolios at MAN CORP, where he is responsible for developing trading strategies across multiple commodity groups to generate strong returns on investment. Michael joined MAN CORP in 2024 after working in various locations across the USA, Latin America, and continental Europe. Before joining MAN CORP, Michael spent several years at Trafigura, one of the world’s largest commodity trading firms, where he managed multiple desks across the energy spectrum.

Subsequently, he served as Head of Trading & Risk Systems at ArrowResources AG, a global commodity trader. In this role, he partnered with major stakeholders to design and implement robust, end-to-end reporting dashboards and integrated systems across Metals, Energy, and Renewable sectors, ensuring full visibility and tracking of the trade deal life cycle.

He brings extensive expertise in energy, metals, FX, and renewable markets, coupled with strong programming skills, to develop trading signals based on comprehensive statistical measures and deep knowledge of physical supply and demand indicators unique to each sector he trades.

Michael holds a degree in Business Administration from Texas A&M University.

Mr. Palmer oversees the physical trading desk at MAN CORP with a focus on non-ferrous products such as aluminium, copper, lead and zinc (metal and concentrates). Simon graduated from the University of Warwick with a BSc in Mathematics. Prior to joining MAN CORP in mid-2019, Simon spent 5 years at Noble Group based in Hong Kong and Singapore, where he was managing their international non-ferrous portfolio. He has also previously held positions at ICBC Standard Bank, Base Metals and at RBS Bank in London.

Mr. Molina is a Senior Trader at MAN CORP with a strong focus on origination of concentrates throughout Latin America. A native Peruvian with strong international experience obtained throughout both his career and education, Diego is well positioned to work with producers and end-users alike. Prior to joining MAN CORP, Diego spent 5 years at Glencore as a Trader (Peru, Switzerland, USA) and 4 years at Open Mineral as their Head of Business Development/Trading LatAm. Undoubtably, his short time spent at a Management Consultancy fresh from university has given him the foundation of having an ‘optimisation mindset’ – this is reflected in his ability to work directly with producers of any size to help them achieve greater logistical, financial and operational efficiencies.

Mr. Hernandez Nava joined MAN CORP in November 2021. Daniel has over 10 years’ experience in operations with large global commodity houses. His most recent position being LATAM Operations Manager for Cliveden Trading AG. Prior to this he spent 8 years at Trafigura in Uruguay as a Senior Commercial Operator, during which he led the training of all new LATAM operators. Daniel’s roles at both Cliveden and Trafigura entailed managing the operations and logistics of both the refined metal and concentrates coming from jurisdictions such as; Chile, Peru, Bolivia, Mexico and Canada. Daniel holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Iberoamerican University in Mexico City. At MAN CORP Daniel manages the global operations team for the group with a specific focus on implementing, reviewing and improving processes.

Mr. Al-Rawi is a Structured Finance Manager at MAN CORP. His role at MAN CORP is to manage and grow the group’s traditional and trade financing capabilities, globally. This encompasses the structuring of suitable facilities and products to meet the group’s ambitious growth plans, treasury management and relationship management with banks, brokers and other counterparties. Salaam joined the team in April 2022 after a 10+ year international career in Wealth Management, most recently as an FCA regulated Adviser with a FTSE 100 financial services company in London.
